Is my component certified with this?

Our quality management system is certified by Serienheld, not the individual component. We clarify product requirements such as material properties or tolerances together with you before production.

What happens if something doesn't fit?

We find a solution quickly and without red tape, analyze the cause in a structured way and adapt the process so that the error does not happen again.

What test documents will I receive?

Before series production begins, you will receive an initial sample with a test report and the results of the functional test. Each part has its own test and process protocol, and each delivery has a batch number. The specific test documents to be created will be determined in detail beforehand based on your requirements and wishes.

DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 in 3D printing: Why certified quality is crucial in additive manufacturing

Quality is not a selling point for us, but a prerequisite. As serial production specialists, we have been manufacturing series-ready components for mechanical engineering for over eight years: in small batches and in such a way that every part is identical to the first, even years later.

We have developed and tested these processes over many years. With certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, they are now formally defined and confirmed by an independent body. Production is certified under the Serienheld brand. What ISO 9001 proves

The certification confirms that a company operates a quality management system that ensures predictable quality, makes processes transparent, trains employees, and continuously improves.

For example, if your application requires a flame-retardant material, we document which approved material was processed in your component with which specified parameters.
