Our long-term partnership enables us to know your company well, understand your goals and take individual challenges into account. What's not included?
We use the shared backlog to plan all measures and their order. These are implemented sequentially. If the priority changes, the current measure can be paused at any time and we adjust the planning together. You always have full overview and control - absolutely stress-free. Time is our adjustment screw between pragmatism and perfection. If we have not yet reached the target state, we extend the current task and get the most out of it together.
We do not sell machines, materials or software. This means we can provide you with comprehensive support when making investments, independently and without any vested interests. Maintenance and repairs are carried out by your own employees on site. We help you find and train the right employees. For extensive individual projects, such as product development, we will prepare a separate offer with a fixed price. This way, the managed service's capacities for the continuous transformation of additive manufacturing are maintained and the project can be completed with the highest level of efficiency. We are your first point of contact for all issues relating to additive manufacturing. We can do a lot, but of course not everything. If external specialists or service providers are required, we take over all communication and ensure that the goals are achieved with the highest quality.
